"Target"

I only had a little while to get this together but I kind of like the way it's happening. Since everything I normally do is only in black and white and gets digitally colored, it was nice of them to allow me some leeway as far as how to "display" this idea, for lack of a better word. It's supposed to be an editorial illustration that will explain how a company can have lots of management styles and bring them all together on one level so that all involved know (globally) how they need to be/act/manage/etc. Before I wasn't really allowed to draw in a certain style but that has been challenged and now, it seems, that I can do a better style of drawing that was rejected before. It all depended on what the other companies were doing. They stepped it up in the UK and now we are answering back as best we can with some better composed artwork.
